Archive a service user's profile

In this article, we explain how to archive a service user.

Archiving a service user's record is appropriate when:

  • They've been discharged or transferred to another facility.

  • They've passed away.

  • Their care needs have concluded, and their record is no longer required for active management.

Archive a record

Before archiving, ensure that all necessary information has been transferred or documented as per your organisation's records management policy.

⚠️Warning: Be sure to select the correct service user, once this action has been completed it can't be undone.

  1. From the left menu, click People.

  2. Click Residents. This may also show as Client or Service user depending on your company settings.

  3. From the drop-down, select the location.

  4. To the right, locate the service user and click their details.

  5. Click Delete.
