You can remove open incidents when they're no longer needed. This helps maintain a clean incident management system by removing outdated or irrelevant incidents that haven't been formally closed. Once removed, the incident can't be retrieved. Only open incidents can be archived, as you cannot archive incidents that have already been closed.

From the left menu, click Incident Management.
Click Incidents, then click Incident Board.
Use the filters at the top to help locate the incident.
Click the incident, then Submit.
Click Archive.
