Upload a new logo

In this article, we'll take you through the steps to upload or update logos for both the company and facility levels.

Changing logos in Access Care Compliance is a simple process that allows you to update your company's branding across various reports and documents, including the following areas.

Audit Reports

Logo is visible in the View Report page where a pdf is generated, and also in the document sent via email.

Mock Inspection

Logo is visible in the View Report page where a pdf is generated, and also in the document sent via email.

Home Visit Report

Logo is visible in the View Report page where a pdf is generated, and also in the email body and document sent via email.

External Audit Report

Logo is visible in the View Report page where a pdf is generated, and also in the document sent via email.

Action Plan pdf report

Company logo is visible on this report.

Accidents

Logo is visible in Documents downloaded from the Accident - General details page.

Complaints - the old complaints module

Logo is visible in the View Report page where a pdf is generated, and also in the downloaded document.

Follow the instructions below to ensure your logos appear correctly in audit reports, inspections, and other system-generated documents.

πŸ“Œ Note: To change logos, you'll need access to the Company section in the Admin menu. If you don’t see this option, contact your administrator to discuss your permissions.

Company logo

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Scroll down to Company and click Logo Management.

  3. Click the Upload Logo button next to the Company Logo section.

  4. Click the Upload button.

  5. Navigate to the logo file on your local machine.

  6. Click on the file to highlight it.

  7. Click the Open button.

  8. Click the Save button.


Existing location

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Scroll down to Company and click Logo Management.

  3. Find the facility in the list.

  4. Click the Edit icon on the right of the facility.

  5. Click the Upload button.

  6. Navigate to the logo file on your local machine.

  7. Click on the file to highlight it.

  8. Click the Open button.

  9. Click the Save button.


New location

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Scroll down to Company and click Logo Management.

  3. Click the Upload Logo button next to the Facility Logo section.

  4. Select the facility from the drop-down box.

  5. Click the Upload button.

  6. Navigate to the logo file on your local machine.

  7. Click on the file to highlight it.

  8. Click the Open button.

  9. Click the Save button.
