⚠️ Warning: Before setting up IP restrictions, contact Access Support for guidance. If your site already has IP restrictions in place, do not add new entries without checking first. Using multiple restriction methods can cause conflicts and unexpected issues.
Make sure to include the Access support IP address in your whitelist to allow ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Failing to include it may cause delays in diagnosing or resolving issues.
Add an IP Address to the Whitelist
From the left menu click Admin.
Under Site, click Configure IP Restriction.
At the top, choose your restriction type:
Allow only listed IPs, or
Restrict specific IPs using the radio buttons.
Click Add New.
Enter the IP address in the input box.
Click Save.
