If your Audit Compliance report shows unexpected figures, especially in months with no new audit submissions, itโ€™s likely because audits created in a previous month were extended and submitted during the reporting period. These submissions impact the compliance score based on when they were completed, not when they were created.

We'll walk you through how to identify these audits and adjust your report filters to get accurate results.

Check for extended audits

To find out if earlier audits are affecting your current compliance report, check whether any audits created in the previous month were extended and submitted during the reporting period. This helps pinpoint the source of unexpected figures.

  1. Click Admin then Audit History.

  2. Select the appropriate branch.

  3. Under Audits, choose the date range to include the previous month.

  4. Review the list to see if any audits have carried over.

Adjust Report Filters

Once youโ€™ve identified any extended audits, adjust your report filters to include the previous month. This ensures the report reflects all relevant submissions and gives you an accurate compliance score.

  • When running the Audit Compliance Report, make sure to extend the filters to include the previous month.

  • This ensures you're accurately seeing whether audits from earlier periods are affecting the current report.
