Manage email trigger distribution lists

In this article, we explain the steps to add and remove emails on distribution lists for email triggers.

You can use email trigger distribution lists to keep a central place for all the contacts needed for a specific trigger.

Add emails to a distribution list

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Email Configuration, click Email Trigger Configuration.

  3. Find the email trigger and click Edit.

  4. Click the Set distribution list hyperlink.

  5. Under Add email, enter an email address.

  6. Click the add icon

  7. Repeat step 5 and 6 until all required emails are added to the list.

  8. Click Close.

  9. Click Save.


Remove emails from a distribution list

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Email Configuration, click Email Trigger Configuration.

  3. Find the email trigger and click Edit.

  4. Click the Set distribution list hyperlink.

  5. Next to the email address, click the delete icon

  6. Click Close.

  7. Click Save.
