Change Role Permissions for the Send Review Email Trigger

In this guide, we explain how to manage which roles receive the Send Review Email notification.

If you're trying to update roles for the CQC Notification - Send Review Email trigger in Access Care Compliance and canโ€™t find the usual role box in the Email Triggers section, donโ€™t worry, this particular notification is managed differently.

Unlike standard email triggers, the Send Review Email notification has a dedicated permission setting located within the Role Management section.

Follow these steps to update role access for this email

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Security, click Role Management.

  3. Locate the role you want to modify and click the Edit icon on the right.

  4. Navigate to the End User tab and find the CQC Notification section.

  5. Tick or un-tick the ReviewNotification checkbox to enable or disable the email trigger for that role.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.
