You can remove an audit permanently from the system or you can just remove it from a location, which deletes its assignment to that location without affecting the audit itself in the system. Follow this guide to manage your audit records effectively.
Delete an audit permanently
โ ๏ธWarning: Deleting an audit permanently, means it'll be unrecoverable.
From the menu on the left, click Admin.
Under Audits, click Manage Audits.
From the Folder drop-down box, select the folder the audit is stored in.
Find the audit in the list, then click the delete icon
next to it.Click Yes to confirm.
๐Note: There's no way to remove an overdue audit. They'll need to be carried out and submitted as normal.
Delete an audit from a location
If you need to remove an audit from a specific location without deleting it entirely from the system, follow these steps.
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Audits, click Audit Planning.
From the Folder drop-down box, select the folder the audit is stored in.
Click Audit settings.
Find the audit in the list, then click the delete icon
next to it.Click Yes to confirm.
