Manage audit folders

In this article, we explain how to manage audit folders, by renaming or deleting them.

You can rename or delete audit folders, giving you control of your file structure within the system.

Rename an audit folder

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Audits, click Manage Audits.

  3. From the Select Folder drop-down, select Add Folder.

  4. Click the edit icon next to the folder.

  5. In the Folder Name field type in the new folder name.

  6. Click Save.


Delete an audit folder

You can only delete folders if they don't contain any audits. If a folder contains audits, you'll need to move the audits to another folder before you can delete.

Move audits to another folder

If you have audits in the folder you'd like to delete, follow these steps.

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Audits, click Manage Audits.

  3. From the Select Folder drop-down, select the folder.

  4. Tick the checkbox to the left of the audit.

  5. From the Move to Folder drop-down box, select the folder you want to move the audit to.

  6. Click Assign.

  7. Repeat the steps until all audits are moved.

Delete audit folders

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Audits, click Manage Audits.

  3. From the Select Folder drop-down, select Add Folder.

  4. Click the delete icon to delete the folder.

  5. Click Yes to confirm.
