Missing audit questions

If your audit isn't showing any questions, several factors could be causing this issue. This guide will help you identify and resolve common problems, ensuring your audit functions correctly.

Incomplete audit setup

If an audit is unfinished, it won't display correctly on the planning screen. To verify the audit's status follow these steps;

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Audits, click Manage Audits.

  3. Use the Select Folder drop-down to locate the audit's folder.

  4. Locate the audit, then click the edit iconnext to it.

  5. Scroll down, to check the questions have been fully set up.

Add questions

If the questions need finishing follow the steps below;

  1. Click Add New Question.

  2. Complete the question criteria, then click Save.

  3. Repeat steps 1-2 until all questions are set up.

  4. Click Save Settings.


Missasigned sections

If audit sections don't appear where expected, they might be assigned to the wrong folder. To move sections to the correct folder:

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Audits, click Manage Audits.

  3. Use the Select Folder drop-down to locate the audit's folder.

  4. Locate the audit, then click the edit iconnext to it.

  5. Click Configure Sections.

  6. Use the Select Folder drop-down to locate the section that needs moving.

  7. Find the section that needs moving and select the checkbox next to it.

  8. Select the correct folder in the Move to Folder drop-down box.

  9. Click Assign.

  10. Click Save Settings.


Missing audit criteria

When an audit has specific criteria, it'll need to be completed before the audit will display. The steps below show how to check this:

  1. Click the audit that you are currently working on.

  2. Use the drop-down boxes to select the criteria. For example, the Select Staff box.

  3. Click the button to confirm the selection. For example, the Select Staff button.


Mattress types in room-specific audits

To ensure that room-specific audit questions display correctly, the mattress type set in the location management system must match the mattress type being audited.

To check the mattress type;

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Scroll down and under Company, click Location Management.

  3. Click the Edit next to the location.

  4. Scroll down to Rooms.

  5. Check the Mattress Type column against the room.

Edit the mattress type

  1. Click the edit iconnext to the room you want to edit.

  2. Use the Matress Type drop-down box to change the matress type.

  3. Click Save.
