To archive incidents, you'll need permissions. If you don't have them please reach out to your system administrator to discuss your access.
πNote: Archiving the incidents will remove them from the system and you will not be able to retrieve them.
From the left menu, click Incident Management.
Click Incidents, then click Incident Board.
Use the filters at the top, to help locate the incident.
Click the incident, then Submit.
Click Archive.
