Export incident reports

You can retrieve a list of all incidents for a specific period including those involving archived residents.

Export a list of all incidents

  1. From the left menu, click Reports.

  2. Click System Exports.

  3. In the Module drop-down, select Incidents.

  4. Choose the relevant Service and Period to refine your search.

  5. Click Export.

๐Ÿค“Tip: You can filter the Excel file to find incidents for a specific resident including archived residents.


Export full incident reports

  1. Click the Incident Management menu tab.

  2. Select Incidents.

  3. Use the filter options to narrow your search.

    • Note: Archived residents wonโ€™t appear in the Customers drop-down.

    • To find incidents for archived residents, filter for all customers at the location and match the log numbers with those from the system export.

  4. Tick the checkbox next to each incident you want to download.

  5. Click Download.

This will generate a .zip file containing all the selected incident reports. The process may take a few minutes.
