Unexpected actions appearing in the action plan list

In this article, we explain why actions from a different location are showing, even when filters are applied, and how to overcome this.

If you're seeing actions in your action plan list that don't match the location you searched for, it may be because the Show Head Office Employee Actions setting is turned on. When this setting is on, the system displays actions linked to locations marked as Head Office, regardless of the location you're filtering for.

To fix this, you can change the location type:

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Company, click Location Management.

  3. Find the location, then click Edit.

  4. Scroll down to the Location Type field.

  5. Change the location type using the drop-down menu.

  6. Click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: Archiving a location does not currently remove its actions from the Action Plan list. This functionality is being considered for a future update.
