If you can’t see the Action Owner or Action Responsible fields when creating or editing an action, it’s likely because your user role doesn’t have permission to view them. These fields can be set to show only for certain roles. This guide will show you how to update the settings so your role can access these fields.
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Site, click Mandatory Fields Configuration.
Scroll through the list to find the field.
Use the Filter by Roles drop-down box to select the roles.
