Unable to create action plans

In this article, we explain how to update user role permissions in order to create action plans.

If you can’t create action plans, it’s usually because your user role doesn’t have the right permissions. To fix this, an admin will need to update the role settings.

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Security, click User profiles Management.

  3. Use the Search box to find the role affected.

  4. Click the edit icon to the right of the role.

  5. Under Actions​​​​​​​, ensure that the CreateNewAction permission is ticked.

  6. Click Save.
