iPhone 12 date picker crash
Users on iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 17 may experience an application crash when selecting the Date of Incident field in Incident Details. This issue is specific to these device models and iOS version.
Workaround: Use an alternative iOS device or update to a newer iOS version if available.
iPhone SE section access
Users on iPhone SE (2020 and 2022 models) cannot access the Incident reporting, Comments, Related Incidents, and Download PDF sections. This issue is under investigation.
Workaround: Use an alternative iOS device to access these features.
