This release introduces new modules to Access Care Compliance: Risk Management (Risk Register& Risk Assessments), and Surveys. These additions expand Access Care Compliance management capabilities, giving care providers greater tools to manage organisational risk and gather feedback across their locations.

Includes three ready-to-use templates — COSHH, Falls, and Working at Height — a flexible form designer for building your own, and a central dashboard providing full visibility of assessment activity, risk levels, and outstanding actions. Conducted Audits Report Generation We've resolved an issue that was causing errors when generating the Conducted Audits report. Here's what's improved:

The Conducted Audits report now include a new Legend page, providing a directory of all audit questions with direct links to their corresponding data tabs — making it much easier to navigate large reports and locate specific information.

We've introduced a unique identifier for every audit question, preventing conflicts when questions are created or duplicated. The Conducted Audit Reports will now accurately count all questions without any duplication errors.

What This Means for You No action is required — the fix is applied automatically. Your Conducted Audits reports will now generate successfully, and the new Legend page gives you improved navigation throughout.

This update will be automatically rolled out to all customers on Thursday 26th February between 10:00PM and midnight. No action is required — the new modules will be available in your ACC environment once the release is complete.
