Duplicate audit cards in the Audit Planning screen can arise from two main issues: a visual bug displaying ad-hoc audits multiple times or multiple schedules for the same audit. This article outlines how to identify and address each cause to maintain an accurate audit plan.
Visual bug
A visual bug may cause ad-hoc audit cards to appear duplicated on the Audit Planning screen. This issue occurs when:
An ad-hoc audit is removed from a location and then re-added as ad-hoc.
An already assigned ad-hoc audit is modified to have a frequency and later reverted to ad-hoc.
If you think any of the above reasons apply to you, follow the steps below so we can investigate this for you.

Multiple schedules
When multiple schedules are set up for an audit, the system displays duplications on the planning screen. To resolve this, you can remove the duplicates by deleting the entire audit from the planning section and then re-adding it. Simply follow the steps below to complete this process:
β
Step one: Delete the audit from the planning screen
From the left menu, click Audits.
Click Audit Planning.
From the Location drop-down box, select the location.
Click Audit Settings.
Locate the assigned audit, then click Delete.
πNote: This removes the audit from the location but doesn't completely delete it.
Step two: Re-assign the audit
Next, re-assign the audit.
From the left menu, click Audits.
Click Audit Planning.
From the Location drop-down box, select the location.
Click Audit Settings.
Using the Audit Type drop-down box, select the audit.
Click Assign Home.
Step 3: Add a schedule to the audit
From the left menu, click Audits.
Click Audit Planning.
From the Location drop-down box, select the location.
Click Audit Settings.
Locate the audit, then click Setup.
Fill out and complete the minimum expected frequency section, including
Quantity of audits to be done within that period.
Frequency of the audits.
Date to start the schedule.
Click Save.
Click Add Schedule.
Select the Start date and End date.
Select the Open deadline and Close deadline.
Enter the number of times to repeat the audit, or use Repeat Indefinitely.
Click Save.
