To adjust the frequency of an audit, you'll first need to freeze the current schedule to avoid any confusion with ongoing audits, then determine the new required frequency, and finally, create a new schedule that aligns with this updated frequency. Follow the steps below to do this;

Step one: Freeze the current schedule

Note: Before changing an audit schedule, ensure that all ongoing audits are completed. If there is an audit still in progress, you won't be able to freeze the schedule.

  1. From the left menu, click Audits.

  2. Click Audit Planning.

  3. Select the home from the Home drop-down.

  4. Click Audit settings.

  5. Find audit then click Setup.

  6. Under Audit Schedule, locate the active schedule.

  7. Click Edit, then click Freeze this schedule.

  8. Click Save.

Step 2: Update the frequency

  1. Under Expected Minimum Frequency, click Edit.

  2. Enter the number of audits required, then select the frequency required.

  3. Update the start date, then click Save.

Step 3: Create a new schedule

  1. Click Add Schedule.

  2. Enter the Start and End dates, and the Deadline dates.

  3. Input the number of times the schedule needs to repeat or select the Repeat indefinitely checkbox.

  4. Click Save.
