To ensure seamless integration of service users between Access Care Compliance and Access People Planner, the location names need to match exactly in both systems. If the locations are named differently, the integration won't function correctly.
By aligning the location names in both systems, you facilitate accurate and seamless data transfer and integration of service user information.

To edit a location's name in Access Care Compliance, follow these simple steps.
Log in to Access Care Compliance.
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Company, click Location Management.
Next to the location, click the edit icon.
Scroll down to Home, then Name, and update the details.
Click Save.
You'll then need to make a change to the employee record within Access People Planner for the data to be re-sent to Access Care Compliance.
