Customise complaint and compliment labels for clarity to align with your organisation's protocols. This straightforward guide outlines the steps to modify these labels, ensuring your complaint management system meets your specific needs.

Complaint severity labels

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Site, click Configure Master Data.

  3. Scroll to the current Severity Level settings.

  4. Locate the severity level you want to amend and click the edit icon next to it.

  5. Type in the new label name, then click Save.

Nature of complaint and compliment labels

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Site, click Configure Master Data.

  3. Scroll to Nature of complaint and compliment labels.

  4. Locate the label you want to amend and click the edit icon next to it.

  5. Type in the new label name, then click Save.

Person who has complained or given compliment labels

  1. From the left menu, click Admin.

  2. Under Site, click Configure Master Data.

  3. Scroll to the current Severity Level settings.

  4. Locate the label you want to amend and click the edit icon next to it.

  5. Type in the new label name, then click Save.
