If you're encountering issues while uploading documents to a complaint, it's likely due to file size limitations or the presence of illegal characters in the file name. Here's how you can address these common problems:
Check and amend the file upload size limit
Check your current maximum file size settings and amend them if needed.
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Site, click Application Settings.
Scroll down or use the search box to find Complaint board upload size in MB.
Click on the edit icon
Enter the maximum size you want a file to be, then click Save.
Check the file name is valid
To prevent errors when uploading a file, you'll need to make sure the file name doesn't include any characters that are classed as illegal.
