The ability to discard a recorded complaint is governed by role-based security settings. If you don't have access to the discard button within a complaint record, please consult your administrator to review your permission levels.
⚠️Warning! Once a compliment or complaint has been submitted it can't be discarded.
From the left menu, click Feedback.
Click Complaint Board, then View Compliment.
Use the filters at the top to locate the complaint.
Click the complaint to open it.
Scroll down and click Discard.
