Generate a report that exports complaint data for a specific time period from the system. This report gives an overview of all complaints logged, helping you track and analyse issues easily.
πNote: Access to the System Export Report is managed through user permissions. If you don't see the option mentioned below, please contact your administrator to review your permission levels.
Click Reports.
Under System Exports, click System Exports.
From the Module drop-down box, select Complaints.
Select the location from the Home drop-down.
Select the timescale from the Period drop-down.
Click Export to run the report.
