Export System Data for Multiple Records

You can create a system export to view entered information across multiple records by following these steps:

  1. From the left menu, click Reports.

  2. Click System Exports.

  3. Select the Module, Locations, and Period.

  4. Click Export.

โš ๏ธ Important: When selecting multiple locations or audits, ensure that question names are unique. If the system detects duplicate question names, it will display an error of Duplication found.


Duplicate question ID error

Duplicate question ID error usually means more than one question shares the same identifier in more than one audit.

For example:

  • Audit A has a question with ID = 1

  • Audit B also has a question with ID = 1
    This creates a conflict, and the system can't generate the report.

Step one: Review the audits

If youโ€™re not sure which audit is causing the issue follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Audit drop-down in the reporting screen.

  2. Export audits one at a time.

  3. The export will fail for the one with the duplicate Question ID.

Step two: Amend the question ID

  1. Click Admin, then Manage Audits.

  2. Click Edit next to the affected audit.

  3. Go through the Sections to find the problem question.

  4. Click the pencil icon to edit a question.

  5. Change the Question ID to something unique.

  6. Click Save.
