The flag on the Action screen is an additional marker you can use to help manage and organise items in the Action Plan. Common uses include:
Marking a record so it's easier to find later
Highlighting several actions as part of a larger investigation
Indicating that an action needs review
View flagged Actions
Quickly access all your flagged actions by using the filter option to display only those items you've marked with a flag.
Step one: Flag the actions
First, flag the actions.
From the left menu, click Action Plan, then Action Plan Dashboard,
Click Table View.
Click the flag icon
next to the action to highlight the flag.
Step two: Filter to see the flagged actions
Use the filter to see only flagged actions
Click on the Show Filter button on the top-right of the Action Plan screen.
In the bottom row of filters, click the Flagged drop-down box.
Select Flagged.
