Uploading client information via a spreadsheet is a quick way to add multiple records at once. This process uses a standard template to ensure the data is formatted correctly. Follow the steps below to download the template, fill in your data, and complete the upload.
Step one: Download and complete the client data template
The first step is to download the template for the client data. This will be used to ensure that you have the correct fields filled in.
Click on the Clients option from the left-hand menu.
At the top-right on the screen, click the Download Example.xlsx for upload link.
Fill in the template with your client information and save this for uploading.
Step two: Upload the template
Once the template has been filled in, you are ready to upload the template.
Click Clients from the left-hand menu.
Click Upload Client data with excel file.
Select the file to upload.
Click Open.
Check that there are no errors on the screen.
Click OK.
