There are two options for logging into Access Care Compliance, both have different ways of resetting a password for an end user.
Direct login
If your users log in directly from the Access Care Compliance website, follow these simple steps.
From within Access Care Compliance, in the left menu, click People.
Click Employees.
Find the user, then click Change password.
Enter the new password, confirm, then click Change password.
Access Evo
If your users log in via Access Evo, system administrators can reset a user's password for them.
From within Access Evo, click Members.
Search the user name, then click the three-dot menu.
Click Change password, then click Change password again.
Enter the new password, then click Next.
