To give employees the ability to view historical CQC information, they require the CQC module, however you can restrict their access to only view the data. This requires you to remove permissions to create and edit, and add permissions to view.
To get started, follow these sections through in order.
Remove notification management options
The first step is to remove their ability to create, edit or archive any CQC notifications.
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Security, click Role Management.
Locate the role, then click Edit.
Scroll down to CQC Notifications.
Disable AddOrEditCQCNotification, ArchiveCQCNotification, and ReviewNotification.
Add access to historical data
Now that they can't manage the notifications, you can add in the view permission.
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Security, select Role Management.
Locate the role, then click Edit.
Scroll down to CQC Notifications.
Enable ViewCQCNotifications.
