The current ACC mobile app has limited compatibility with newer Android versions. This means your device may not support the legacy app, which will prevent you from downloading it from the app store.

While we work on a solution, you have two options to continue to access the software:

Use the web version

Access the full Access Care Compliance functionality through your device's web browser. The web version includes all features, including Audits, and works on any modern device.

Use the legacy app on compatible devices

If you have access to older Android devices that support the current app, you can continue using the legacy version on those devices.

ACC Mobile launches in February 2026

Access Care Compliance mobile is in development and is a modern mobile solution designed for newer devices. This new app will:

  • Work seamlessly with current Android versions.

  • Include incident reporting at launch.

  • Receive ongoing feature development for improved performance.

  • Will include full feature parity with the legacy app.

When ACC Mobile becomes available in February 2026, we'll provide you with everything you need to download and use the app easily.
