Sign in to the mobile app

Steps to authenticate and access your organisation in the mobile app.

The mobile app uses Single Sign-On authentication through your organisation's Access Identity Provider. You'll use the same credentials as your desktop account.

⚠️ Important: If you don't have credentials, contact your organisation's system administrator to request access.

  1. Launch the mobile app.

  2. When prompted, tap Continue to authenticate with accessacloud.com.

  3. You'll be redirected to the Access Identity sign-in page.

  4. Enter your email address or username registered with Access Care Compliance.

  5. Tap Next.

  6. Enter your password.

  7. Tap Sign In.


Multi-organisation access

If your account belongs to multiple organisations, you'll be prompted to select which organisation to access upon login. You can only access incident reporting in organisations where you have Incident v3 permissions enabled.


Permission requirements

The features available to you depend on your specific permissions:

  • Users with MyIncidents_Create can create new incidents.

  • Users with MyIncidents_CreateView can create and view their own incidents.

  • Additional viewing and editing capabilities are granted based on your assigned permission levels.

πŸ“Œ Note: Users without any Incident v3 permissions will see a message indicating they don't have access to create or view incidents in the mobile app.
