The Related Incidents feature in the mobile app allows you to connect multiple incidents that are linked by cause, person, or circumstance. This feature is particularly useful for tracking patterns, recurring issues, or multi-stage incidents that span multiple reports.
To link related incidents:
From the incident view, tap Related Incidents.
Search for or select incidents from your system.
Confirm the link to associate the incidents.
