Soft labels are customisable terms within the system that can be adjusted to fit the language and terminology you use in your company. This flexibility ensures that the system aligns with your company and it's expectations and industry standards.
Label fields explained
Service user label: Refers to individuals who receive care or support services.
Employee label: Denotes individuals employed to provide care and support services.
Home label: Refers to a care facility where service users reside.
Role label: Pertains to the specific responsibilities employees undertake.
Amend a label
From the left menu, click Admin.
Under Site, click Configure Soft Labels.
Edit the label description.
Click Save.
