Evo Workflow is a suite of automated, scheduled intelligence workflows integrated with Access Care Compliance (ACC). Instead of logging into ACC to check dashboards manually, the right information is delivered directly to your inbox automatically.
5 workflow templates are available for Access Care Compliance. Each template is pre-built for a common care scenario. You configure the settings to match your organisation, activate it, and it runs automatically.

Overdue Audit Escalation
Automatically notifies the Registered Manager when an audit becomes overdue and chases the assigned owner so there's no need to track this manually.
What does it do?
When an audit becomes overdue, the assigned staff member is automatically notified with a daily chase notification. If the audit remains incomplete after 48 hours, a secondary escalation is sent to the Registered Manager. The escalation notification includes a direct link to the overdue audit in ACC.
Who is it for?
Assigned Staff / Auditors (primary chase) · Registered Managers (escalation)
What value does it deliver?
Eliminates the need for managers to manually monitor the audit planner for overdue items.
Ensures critical audits are not missed due to workload or oversight.
Creates a clear escalation chain — staff are chased first, managers are looped in only if action is not taken.

Escalation | Sent to Registered Manager after 48 hours if still incomplete |

Cross-Home Non-Compliance Pattern Detection
Alerts the Compliance Manager or Area Manager when the same non-compliance theme shows up across two or more homes in the same month, so a pattern can be acted on before it becomes a concern.
What does it do?
On the 1st of each month, the system scans across all homes within an area manager's scope. If the same non-compliance theme appears in 2 or more homes in the same month, an alert is automatically sent to the Compliance Manager and Area Manager. A remedial group action is also auto-created and assigned to the Area Manager. The workflow de-duplicates and will not re-raise an action for a pattern that was already actioned in a previous run.
Who is it for?
Compliance Managers and Area Managers
What value does it deliver?
Surfaces systemic compliance risks that would otherwise only be visible by manually cross-referencing multiple home dashboards.
Enables organisation-level intervention rather than home-by-home firefighting.
Auto-creates a remedial action so the response is tracked and accountable from the moment the pattern is detected.

Weekly Compliance Summary Report
Sends the Registered Manager an automated weekly email covering audit completion, incidents, open actions, complaints, and compliments.
What does it do?
Every Friday morning at 7:00am, a compliance summary email is automatically sent to the Registered Manager. It covers the home's weekly compliance posture across five areas: audits, incidents, actions, complaints, and compliments — each rated with a GREEN / AMBER / RED health status. If any data source is unavailable, that section shows "No data available this week" and defaults to AMBER rather than failing silently.
What value does it deliver?
Gives a confident, at-a-glance end-of-week compliance overview without requiring a login to ACC.
Replaces the need to manually compile dashboard data before or after a busy week.
Surfaces up to 5 prioritised recommended actions, ordered by urgency, with the responsible person identified.
Creates a consistent weekly compliance rhythm across the home.
