Each widget on the Standard or Custom Dashboard retrieves data from one or more endpoints. Each endpoint requires specific permissions. If your user role does not include the required permission for a widget's endpoint, the following message will be displayed in place of the widget: You do not have permission to access this feature.
Example
The Audit Progress Tracker and Non-Compliant Audit Responses widgets both require access to the Dashboard Tracker permission. If either widget is added to a Custom Dashboard by a user without this permission, the warning message will appear.
What should I do?
Different widgets depend on different endpoints and permission sets. To resolve the issue, a user with the appropriate administrative access should review and update the affected user's role and permissions to include those required by the widget.
